		<description>Thanks for the info. Just spoke with the Kazak Ambassador at the new embassy in Yerevan. They do not issue visas there yet,but hope to next year. He however  said(after making a call) that I could get my visa in Tbilisi. Looks like even embassies themselves do not have correct info. Thanks for the heads up.</description>
